  I came in for a touch up procedure, but the area I needed addressed was not treated. The technician treated only one area and refused to address one small spot on my upper left cheek even though I pointed it out to her. There was really not much to do as this was a touch up treatment, and I only needed a few spots addressed. She then said that she would treat my area of concern for free if I purchased an additional higher priced service and came in for a second visit. She used the purchase of a second visit as leverage to finish the full treatment. Then when I got to the counter to pay, the price for the second service had mysteriously gone up. I decided not to come back. I had to pay for a full duplicate service at a different spa to get the job done right. With recovery time, this took weeks.
