  I had a good experience even after I was informed that my insurance wouldn't cover much of appointment. I needed to see a dentist so I just continued with the appointment anyway. I get anxiety going to the dentist, which I don't think is that uncommon. That being said the examination was very painless and went by quick. They helped me feel relaxed in a situation that normally makes me cringe. I left very pleased and already scheduled my next appointment.
