  I've been at Kensho for almost three years now and it has been my second home. I came in initially as this clumsy and uncoordinated 15 year old and instantaneously gained so much confidence, endurance, strength, and discipline. Kensho has the warm and welcoming environment that only encourages constant growth with a lack of judgment towards anybody --new student or experienced brown belt. In addition, Sensei Roger has a huge abundance of everlasting knowledge which doesn't fail to fuel every class's excitement.
