  I'm very surprised to see negative reviews about unfriendly staff or difficult cancellation policies. In my experience staff always been very friendly!!! My roommate had to cancel her membership and didn't have any problems. I love this gym and all of the amenities it has. They actually improve it all the time! And I never noticed any dirt.
